Interim Housing Program
Our Interim Housing Program provides temporary accommodations for single adults and families, offering a structured and supportive environment tailored to meet their specific needs.

Case Management Services
At Healing Solutions, we believe that comprehensive support and access to resources are essential for individuals to rebuild their lives and create a positive future for themselves and their families.
Our Case Management Services provide personalized, one-on-one support, ensuring that each participant’s specific needs and goals are met. Our dedicated case managers work closely with individuals and families to develop customized action plans that foster growth, resilience, and progress.
We connect participants to vital resources, including:

Healthcare Services
Ensuring access to medical and wellness resources to support participants’ physical and mental well-being. In addition, if the contract allows, there is medical staff on duty 16 hours a day to attend to the needs of the patient or to refer to the most appropriate services that may be available and needed.
Community Support Network
Our Community Support Network provides a safe and welcoming space for individuals to connect, heal, and grow. Through group programs, skills-building sessions, and support groups, we help participants navigate life’s challenges while fostering empowerment and resilience.
By building meaningful connections with others who share similar experiences, participants develop a sense of belonging and community. We also provide linkages to local programs and resources, ensuring access to ongoing support that promotes long-term well-being and self-sufficiency.
